    Hi Bonnie
I have a question…is it a PV code violation to park your car on the grass? I have a new neighbor at 2217 W. 74th Street who is parking their second car on the grass. A friend of mine, who also lives in PV, mentioned to me it’s a code violation. Thought I’d check with you before complaining. πŸ™‚
