City Hall operating with reduced staff due to COVID-19

City Hall

City Hall is currently operating with reduced staff due to the increasing spread of COVID-19 in Johnson County and Prairie Village. While some offices remain open to the public, anyone with City business to conduct is encouraged to do so online at pvkansas.com, by phone, or via email rather than in-person. 

Municipal Court

The Municipal Court office is closed until November 16, 2020. Staff can be reached by email at courtstaff@pvkansas.com or by phone at 913-385-4680.

Mission Hills virtual court scheduled for Tuesday, November 10 at 5 p.m. is canceled. Prairie Village virtual court will proceed as scheduled.

Codes

The Codes department is operating with reduced in-person staff. The Codes office will be closed each day from noon-1 p.m. Staff can be reached by email at permits@pvkansas.com or by phone at 913-385-4604.

City Clerk

The City Clerk’s office is operating with reduced in-person staff. Please conduct business with the City online, via email, or by phone if possible. Staff can be reached by email at cityclerk@pvkansas.com or by phone at 913-381-6464.
