From our amazing PV Public Works:

Windsor Roadway Improvements from Cherokee to 75^th Street will begin next week.

While it seems a bit early for this type of construction, the Windsor project includes more than our standard curb and pavement repairs.

The project also has a relocation of WaterOne’s water main and reconstruction of the City’s stormwater system.

These types of underground improvements are commonly started in the winter and give the contractor a jump start when spring does arrive.

Residents [in the area] were sent a postcard last week alerting them to the start date and a message board will be in place to alert motorists.

Staff has also spoken to St. Ann’s and will continue to update them so they can communicate to parents.
